Welcome to Tau Epsilon Sigma, we are the Evergreen state chapter of  Tri-Ess. Tri-Ess is the national support group for heterosexual male crossdressers and their spouses or significant others. Trees (Tri-Ess Evergreen State) was chartered in 2003 and the charter ceremonies were attended by members of the National Tri-Ess Board of Directors. Jane Ellen Fairfax gave a chartering speech in which she spoke of Trees. This speech can be found on the history page of this website.

Tri- Ess was founded as a support group for crossdressers , spouses, significant others and their families. Tau Epsilon Sigma believes in these core values and therefore support wholeheartedly the National organization and their beliefs.

We believe that we have been blessed with an additional personality. If we accept our transgendered side and explore it we allow ourselves to broaden our entire personality, which can be fulfilling and rewarding as well. It allows us to accept who we are rather doubt what we are doing. We dress to emulate feminity rather to mock it.

To borrow from the Tri-Ess web page our philosophy can best be expressed in the acronym FIBER:

F - Full personality expression in both its masculine and its feminine aspects. We do not wish to destroy our masculinity, but to soften its harsher aspects, and be all we can be.
I - Integration of masculinity and femininity to create a happier whole person.
B - Balance between masculinity and femininity.
E - Education or crossdressers and their families toward self-acceptance; education of society toward accepting crossdressing people.
R - Relationship-building in the context of crossdressing.

Based on these ideas and beliefs we invite you to join us for one of our upcoming meetings or events. Spouses and significant others are invited as well. We have at least one meeting a month and try and have outings as well.

If you have any questions you can contact the officers listed on our officers page.
